Card For The Day

Our card for the day, Friday, July 19th, is taken from the Archangel Michael Oracle Cards – Innocence – “Help me embrace my God-given innocence so that I may be at peace.”

Most of us have lost the innocence of our childhood. We have had so many experiences in our lives that have robbed us of our innocence. This card however tells us that we can go back to that state by asking the angels to help us let go and forgive all the things that have been done to us by others, as well as all the things we have done ourselves for which we hold within us a lot of guilt.

What we need to remember is that in every moment, in every situation, each of us is doing the best we can with the knowledge we have at that time. Sure we ourselves and others have fallen short of the mark but that is part of our journey here. If we were perfect and acted accordingly in all situations with every person, then we wouldn’t be here would we?

We are here to learn to retain our innocence even in the most difficult circumstances with the most difficult people. We are here to see the image of God in every person we come into contact with as well as within ourselves. We are here to recognize that every person is an embodiment of God’s love for us, no exception. Everyone comes into our lives to teach us more about ourselves. Some lessons are more difficult than others but all are showing us who we are as spirit, as Divine reflections of Source.

It is time to let go of our guilt, stop blaming someone else for our feelings and our actions. We are all responsible for one person only and that is ourselves. It’s time to let go of all that weighs our spirit down so that we may return to that childlike state of innocence.

Have a great day everyone! ~Namaste~
