Our card for the day, Tuesday, November 12th, is taken from the Archangel Power Tarot Cards by Doreen Virtue and Radleigh Valentine – Eight of Ariel – “Take great pride in your excellent work! Practice makes perfect. Consider getting additional education or training.”
The Suit of Ariel represents the material world. These cards deal with the daily part of living, including physical health, pursuing education and careers, and the planet on which we reside.
The number 8 represents: “The number 8 signifies abundance and prosperity. The endless loops in the number signify an infinite flow of money, time, ideas, or whatever else you require (especially for your life purpose).” (Angel Numbers 101)
This card is telling us that we have a reason to be proud of what we have accomplished in our lives so far. We have worked hard to get where we are today. However this is not the time to rest on our laurels. This is the time to make some changes or improvements in our lives. Our world is changing and we must change with it. All we need do is look at what has happened in the Philippines to understand how fast things can change. As our world undergoes this transition into a fifth dimensional earth, there will be many more changes. This is a time of great change. This is not only change of the physical world as seen by earthquakes or typhoons, it’s change of the very institutions of our societies that we have come to depend on. Nothing is safe from the changes that are taking place on our world and within ourselves.
As things change, there will be less and less need for the jobs or the careers we have been working at for so long. It is time to find our purpose for being here if it isn’t the work we are already doing. For many it is not and the way to know this is if that work brings us joy and feeds our soul. If it doesn’t then it has nothing to do with our life’s purpose. How do we know what our life’s purpose is? It’s what makes our hearts sing with joy and allows us to be our authentic creative selves. As we have been told many times, “follow your bliss”. Now many will think this is impossible because we still have to make a living when we still have bills to pay and so on. This is true for now but will not always be the case and what we need to do now is start preparing for our future.
“What is it that makes me happy and brings me joy?” That is the question we need to ask ourselves. When we can answer that question then it is up to us to begin to move in that direction, even if it means small steps right now. For example, maybe we could take an evening class or go to a weekend workshop on the subject that brings joy to our hearts. Or if we already have the skill or knowledge needed, then perhaps we can work at it in the evenings or on the weekends. We need to do whatever we can to bring us closer to doing the work we love, the work we came here to do.
If we are uncertain what our purpose is, then we can ask for help from the angels to show us or give us clues as to what our purpose is. Once we ask then we need to be open to what shows up. We may see a particular course being offered over and over again. Or advertisements for a workshop being offered on a particular subject over and over again. Believe me, when asked, the angels will go out of their way to bring us signs of what it is we are asking about. So now we have no excuse for not setting out on our life purpose any longer. We have all the help we can possibly need just by asking. Have a great day everyone! ~Namaste~
