Card For Today

8 Justice

Our card for today, Wednesday, May 28th, is taken from the Angel Tarot Cards – 8 Justice/Archangel Raguel – “Fair and just decisions. Do what you know is right. Stand up for your beliefs.”

The number 8 represents: “The number 8 signifies abundance and prosperity. The endless loops in the number signify an infinite flow of money, time, ideas, or whatever else you require (especially for your life purpose).” (Angel Numbers 101)

Archangel Raguel is the archangel who creates harmony within relationships, and who can help you make decisions that involve other people. Call upon Raguel to bring about peace between you and others. (Angel Tarot Cards guidebook)

One of the biggest, if not the biggest, challenge we all face in life is our relationship with others. I’m talking family, friends, partners, neighbors and co-workers. Everyone, including us, has their faults and their good points. Everyone, including us, makes mistakes. We all have our own opinions and beliefs about all things. And, of course, we all have our moods and our own preferred way of doing things.

So when taking all of that into consideration, it’s only natural that we are going to butt heads sometimes with the people in our lives. It’s how we handle this head-butting that is important. There is never only one way to look at things. In every disagreement there are at least two sides to the story, two perceptions of what is right and what is wrong. There is never only one right way, there is your way and my way, or their way and our way.

The same holds true for the spiritual path. There is no single right path to enlightenment. There are almost as many paths as there are people on the planet. If we are looking for the right path to follow, then it is important that we find the path that resonates with our own beliefs and our own perception of what is right for us. And just because we follow a certain path doesn’t make all the other paths wrong and ours right. We tend to choose what aligns best with where we are right now on our own path. But that will probably change as we move forward and learn and grow. What was right for us yesterday may not be right for us tomorrow and the same is true for everyone on the planet. We are all learning and growing at our own individual rate, and there may be no one else at the exact same place on the path that we are.

That is why it is so important for us to remember that we are all following different paths based on our level of knowledge and growth, and even the rate of our vibrational frequency at this moment in time. We are all different and so it makes sense that our individual paths will be different as well. There may be similarities but we are each walking different paths. So what we need to keep in mind when we are finding ourselves having opposing views on any particular subject with someone, is that there are many many paths, and all of them are different, but all paths lead home. It doesn’t matter what it looks like to us, we have no idea what any soul’s contract is with God.

We are not in the business of shoving our particular path down someone’s throat. Ours is not the only right path or right point of view. There is no point in arguing with someone over what is right or what is wrong because, again, there is no right or wrong, there is only what is right for me and what is right for you. We need to do what is right and true for us at all times, but we can do so and still have respect for another’s point of view. Sometimes it is just better to agree to disagree and realize that we are all doing our best with the knowledge we have at the time. Show compassion for everyone because tomorrow everything can change for us and those around us. We need to always do what we know in our heart is right for us and allow others to do what they know is right for them too.

Have a great day everyone! ~Namaste~
