Our card for today, Thursday, November 12th, is taken from the Fairy Tarot Cards – Ace of Winter – “Don’t be deterred by challenges along the way. It’s important to communicate clearly and accurately. Amazing new ideas that should be implemented.”
The Suit of Winter – represents the mind and the intellect. We can associate the briskness of the season with the cool energy of pure thought. We often slow down our actions during winter as we stay tucked in our cozy homes. We have time to think as we await warmer weather – when we can then act upon our plans. We may spend more time communicating with friends and family when we feel the desire to remain indoors, where it’s warm and comfortable. If the winter is severe, we might start to feel isolated or allow our thoughts to turn toward fearful or worrying topics. More often than not, the worry is unnecessary and only takes us away from the merry path that God, the angels, and the fairies wish to show us. We must remain positive, with the assurance that the cold will eventually end and spring will provide us with the opportunity to leap into action! (Fairy Tarot Cards Guidebook)
Aces are ones and 1 represents: “Stay positive. Everything you are thinking about right now is coming true, so be sure that you’re only thinking about what you desire. Give any fears to God and the angels.” (Angel Numbers 101)
In Chinese shamanic tradition, the tiger is addressed as Baihu-White Tiger. In Chinese culture, white does not merely mean the color white; rather, it is the symbol for transparency, clarity, purification, justice, or punishment, and is also symbolic of the activities of killing and destruction. The symbol for white is equal to the spiritual quality of the tiger totem. In nature, we can learn about the spiritual White Tiger through the “killing” atmosphere of the fall season. This killing is the process that generates new life in the spring season and is the natural way to clear out old energy and weakness and to maintain stronger life energy. We are being asked to not fear the changes and challenges that come to all of us from time to time, but to recognize that as they come they are helping us become stronger in our faith and our courage. We are asked to see them as catalysts for our spiritual growth, and to understand that the changes and challenges also reorder our lives helping us let go of what no longer serves us, making way for the things and people that are more in alignment with who we truly are as LOVE. Just as the harsh winds, the bitter cold and snow of winter help purify the land, so too do our challenges also help purify us and our lives.
In a book I read by Diana Cooper called “Transition to the Golden Age in 2032”, she talks about how things like major storms and earth changes are happening in certain places around the world to cleanse these places of lower energy, but how the countries in the North where we get snow, that snow helps purify the land and therefore we are less likely to be subject to the cleansing processes of other places. That does not mean that we are better than those who live in countries where they are facing death and destruction from earth changes and extreme weather, it just means the land is being cleared differently of the lower energy.
So be open to what comes and know that everything that happens does so for a reason, and even though it may be hard to see at the time, that reason is always for our highest good.
Have a great day everyone! ~Namaste~
